After a week of trying to resolve our kitchen sink drainage problem ourselves we called Pierpoint Plumbing. They had a technician, Alexis, out the next morning who was able to resolve the issue. Alexis listened to the issues and what we’d tried already without making me feel rushed, then he got to work right away. After about 40 minutes he had found and resolved the issue. He accidentally broke a small piece of the plumbing and was very honest about it and advised he’d repair it at no additional cost. Alexis also identified that our vent would best function if relocated a bit higher so we authorized that work knowing it would be a small additional cost. After completing the repair and vent relocation he cleaned up any mess he made, was kind, courteous, and thorough. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service we received.
